Who I Am
I’m a strategic advisor for executive teams tackling AI, digital transformation, and big organizational change.
Over the last 20 years, I’ve led complex transformations across industries, think €400M carve-outs, global cloud analytics projects, and multi-country rollouts in tough, highly regulated settings.
My focus is on helping organizations rethink how they lead, decide, and operate in a world that’s changing faster than ever.
Earlier in my career at Deloitte, I was the firm’s first elected Diversity & Inclusion Ambassador and Happiness Lead. I built teams with 78% employee satisfaction and zero voluntary turnover, proving that strong results and people-first leadership go hand in hand.
