Our Mission
This isn’t a company — it’s a movement born from lived experience and purpose. Behind Play4Change stands Alireza Assobar, a consultant, artist, and advocate for inclusion, diversity, and humanity. In 2021, he was honored as Diversity & Inclusion Ambassador at Deloitte and led the firm’s Happiest Team as its Happiness Manager.
As the host of Deloitte’s official Diversity Podcast “Breaking Bias,” he gave voice to stories of belonging, courage, and change. Play4Change grew out of that same belief — that empathy and action can move people and transform communities. This space tells that story. It’s where values become visible and purpose turns into movement.
Because real change doesn’t start with systems — it starts with people who care enough to act.
Success Stories
In Memmingen, football became a force for good.
At the Play4Change Charity Match, former pros, local heroes, and fans united for one goal — to support children and promote inclusion.
With the help of Kicken für Kinder e.V., Team Bananenflanke Memmingen, and strong regional business partners like Sparkasse Bodensee-Schwaben, VR Bank Memmingen and Rohde und Schwarz beyond others, the event raised €32,000 in donations and connected generations on and off the field.
